It's time for a wonderful taste of electronic working it's way onto Stereo Gold today, in the form of Parachute Youth.

'Count To Ten' was premiered three weeks ago, so I guess we're a little bit late to the party with the new track from this duo. Parachute Youth are an Australian dance/electronic duo, who rose to the attention of music fans everywhere, when their track 'Can't Get Better Than This' began to rack up views in it's millions, and even has a peak of #2 in Belgium.

Their new track 'Count To Ten' is equally as exciting as 'Can't Get Better Than This' and may even be better in our eyes. The verses have a very mellow dance feel to them, with a recurring summery beat to them - and there are gorgeous airy moments of production building up to the big chorus moment, mixed in with synths slightly reminscent of those you hear at the beginning of 'The Edge Of Glory' by Lady Gaga, as odd as that may be. We're reminded of The Sound Of Arrows in this track, which veers it's head into the world of dream-pop. Their signature electronic sound that was introduced with 'Can't Get...' is so definitely apparent with this track, but the fabulous echoed vocals mixed in with chilled dance beats and electronic bleeps and synths brings together a stunning effort from Parachute Youth.
