Chloe Chaidez, the lead singer, not Eva Simons. Honestly.

While music that could be considered rock isn't a normality for what you'll find on Stereo Gold - meet Kitten, an artist who's certainly worked her way into my taste.

The indie-rock band from Los Angeles have released many tracks across 2012 that have completely passed us by unnoticed, such as the superb Cut It Out and Chinatown which all boast this powerful rock sound with a touch of electronic - but their most recent track, G# is the track that has really got us excited. And they're really starting to build up fans, most recently in the form of Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams.

G# is an incredibly powerful track, most notably in the chorus, but it's the beautiful silky and soft vocals from lead singer, Chloe Chaidez in the chorus, that really set the scene for the track. But, with the main chorus line of 'I'll see you all again' passionately and desperately shouted over an incredible pulsating electronic beat, infused with heavy drum beats, this track perfectly demonstrates her fantastic voice.

It's hard to believe that lead singer, Chloe, is only 17 with a voice that would lead you to believe that she'd been in the music business for quite a while - and what pipes she has on her!

Here's the video for G#:
